Who am I?
Hi I'm Helen, a qualified Nutrition Consultant specializing in helping women stop binge eating, overeating, emotional eating, yo-yo dieting and constant snacking and finally lose weight and keep it off for good through a combination of nutrition changes and psychotherapy techniques.
I, too, struggled with my eating and weight for more than 10 years. I tried all the diets out there...nothing worked...I'd always gain everything back!
I thought I had to count calories and deprive myself of cake, chocolate and crisps for the rest of my life. That certainly wasn't the life that I wanted. It was depressing and restrictive.
I just didn't understand why I'd always end up gaining everything back. I wanted something that worked long-term. That's what prompted me to become a Nutrition Consultant. AND I now realize I don't need to deprive myself to lose weight! GAMECHANGER!!
So now it's my mission to help other women to stop spinning the wheels so they can enjoy their food (and life) again.

In the past, I tried short diets, fasting, normal eating with lots of exercise, intermittent fasting but with wrong nutrition and never stuck to it.
